Refund policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our framed canvas and poster products, we have a limited return policy focused on quality assurance.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infogladiatorartimpressions@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Custom Products Since each piece is printed and framed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color variations due to monitor/screen differences
- Personal preference or style changes
How to Report an Issue To report a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at infogladiatorartimpressions@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos showing the damage or defect
- We'll review your claim within 2 business days and provide a resolution
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
